The cool and lengthy 2013 harvest conditions were certainly an asset to fine wine production. The wonderful weather delivered perfect conditions to fully mature the flavours within the grapes while preserving the freshness and bright acidity. Bosc pear, Granny Smith apple, lemon zest and a kiss of juicy peach fill out the nose of this ample wine. The noted, preserved acidity makes this vintage very food friendly and the dividends the pairings will pay will be plenty. This wine is like money in the bank.
