An exclusive culinary and wine experience like no other. Justin and the team have come up with favourite dishes from the last decade to build one multi course menu for an extraordinary evening. Sparkling wine reception, multi course meal (more than the usual five) with wine pairings, and a send off like no other.
This will be one last evening with Justin at the helm before the kitchen torch gets passed off to Chef George Ward Jr.
