Private Tutored Tasting of Clone 214 and Clone 327 Cabernet Franc

Besides a tutored tasting of both of our limited bottling Cabernet Franc Clones, we will be sampling other rarities. Nestled in the barrel cellars where our reds mature in seasoned oak barrels, you will be taken through a structured tasting and will experience the different wine profiles. This will give you a feeling for how the winemaking staff looks at each piece of the puzzle as they blend the best wines like our Elevation Cabernet.
