This wine is money in the bank. It has a richness of character that is filled out with essences of Bosc pear, Honey-crisp apple and juicy summer peach Laced into this array of fruit is a signature crème brûlée that comes from the extended lees contact. In addition, the lees also add weight and substance to this complex wine. The fresh lemon juice note that pokes through at every chance it gets keeps each individual taste elements bright and focussed. A robust, accompanying acidity ensures that this wine will be favourite when it comes to pairing with food.
