Riesling Kabinett

Assistant winemaker, Tobias leveled his gaze at me and said, “I want to build trust.” He leaned forward and quietly continued, “Everyday wines can, and I believe, must be exciting. The Kabinett is my expression of that familiar Riesling hug. It’s the “hug” that energizes you.” Coming off of the extremely well received 2018 premier release of this wine, we feel Tobias is building that trust with his Kabinett series through permanent bridges between the familiar and the fine. Classic Riesling fruit characteristics of crisp fall apple, peach and lemon-lime zest abound. The pleasant sweet entry of the wine is quickly balanced by a focused acidity
that leaves you wanting more. We have faith. We hope this wine inspires you as well.
