The northern block of this bisected Sauvignon Blanc planting has a gentle southern aspect that allows for a better transfer of the sun’s energy to the vines. As a result the North has a more tropical nature with hints of honey. On the palate the wine is generous with many rounded notes perched gently upon a refined, supporting acidity. Given the expression of this very specific place, one can almost feel the sun’s summer warmth in every drop.
